Chelsea have confirmed England U21 international Nathaniel Chalobah has joined Italian side Napoli a season-long loan deal.
Chalobah, who made three appearances at the Euro U21 Championship in the summer, has never made a senior appearance for Chelsea and is set to embark on his sixth separate loan spell since 2012.
“I don’t know anything about the player. If the club picked him then he must have some quality. I train whoever the club puts at my disposal,” Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri is quoted saying by BBC Sport.
