Liverpool have agreed the permanent sale of Marko Grujic to FC Porto in a deal worth £10.5m, reports Goal.
Grujic spent last season on loan with the Portuguese giants and has now agreed terms on a five-year deal until 2026, with Liverpool including a 10 per-cent sell-on clause.
Sassuolo were also interested in signing the Serbia international as a replacement for Manuel Locatelli but the towering midfielder will instead return to Porto.
Jurgen Klopp has been told he needs to sell first before he can strengthen and Grujic's exit means they have now made more than £20m on player departures.
More are planned as Liverpool look to bounce back after a difficult season, with the likes of Harry Wilson, Divock Origi, Xherdan Shaqiri and Nat Phillips all free to leave.

FC Porto's decision to sign Grujic comes as somewhat of a surprise after a fairly underwhelming loan stint in Portugal.
Grujic only started nine league matches and was limited to a further 14 appearances as a substitute.
However, he scored twice in that time and boasted the best aerial duel success rate (79.5%) in the division (50+ attempted).
