Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is ready to leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season paving the way for Manchester City to make their move for the striker, reports The Daily Mirror.
Pep Guardiola was keen to sign Aubameyang in the summer to strengthen his offensive options only to fail in his pursuit of the £60m-rated striker.
The City manager has reportedly been assured he will have more money to spend in the coming transfer windows and is now expected to rekindle his interest with Dortmund willing to part ways.
In the last three Bundesliga seasons only Robert Lewandowski (52) has scored more goals than Aubameyang (46).
