Chelsea to make enticing offer for teenage sensation
Chelsea are eyeing up a move for FC Porto midfielder Ruben Neves, reports the Sunday Mirror.
The Portuguese teenager has been attracting interest from across the continent, with Liverpool, Juventus and Valenca all rumoured to be keen on Neves.
Porto are thought to be holding out for bids of upwards of £35m, though Chelsea will make an opening offer of around £24m plus add-ons, with a player included in any deal.
It remains to be seen who Chelsea will include in any possible transfer, though it’s thought they will step up their interest in the 19-year-old should Cesc Fabregas secure a move away from the club.
The Spaniard is set to leave in January, with AC Milan and Juventus interested in signing the midfielder on loan with a view to a permanent move.
