Spurs open to offers for big money summer arrival

Tottenham are prepared to listen to offers for big money summer arrival Heung-min Son, reports the Daily Telegraph.

The South Korea international's time at White Hart Lane has been hampered by injury, but when fit he struggled to force his way into the Spurs starting XI, making just 13 league starts this season.

Son was hauled off at half time in Spurs' 5-1 defeat at Newcastle on the final day of the campaign, a defeat that saw them leapfrogged by rivals Arsenal into second.

Spurs spent £22m to secure the services of the attacker from Bayer Leverkusen last August and could cash in on Son if they can recoup most, if not all, of that fee.

The 23-year-old is not the only player on the chopping block at White Hart Lane, with the north London side supposedly keen on shifting Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason this summer.
