Tottenham and Southampton look at Bundesliga striker
Premier League duo Tottenham and Southampton are monitoring the progress of Hoffenheim striker Mark Uth this month with a view to a move at the end of the season, reports The Daily Mirror.
Uth, 25, has enjoyed an impressive start to the season with an overachieving Hoffenheim outfit this season following a prolific campaign with Heerenveen two years ago.
Hoffenheim are the only unbeaten side left in the Bundesliga this season and his versatile performances in attack have alerted the attention of both Spurs and Southampton.
The German striker has found first team opportunities hard to come by this season but has still been a regular contributor when called upon.
Of players to have scored at least five goals in the Bundesliga this season, only four players have required fewer minutes per goal than Uth (1 every 124 minutes).
