Rodrygo the star in Real Madrid heavy Champions League best XI

Real Madrid tore Galatasaray to shreds on home turf on Wednesday night, romping to a 6-0 win, while Barcelona, PSG, Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham all feature in the WhoScored.com Champions League team of the week.

Goalkeeper: Keylor Navas (PSG) - 8.67 rating

Five interceptions, two tackles and two clearances meant the Brazilian was good value for his inclusion in this XI with a WhoScored rating of 8.03. 

Centre-back: Gerard Pique (Barcelona) - 7.91 rating

It's an all LaLiga centre-back pairing in the Champions League best XI as Gerard Pique partners Gabriel in defence with a WhoScored rating of 7.91. Barcelona may have fluffed their lines in front of goal as they were held to a 0-0 draw with Slavia Prague, but Pique ensured a clean sheet for the Blaugrana as he won six of seven aerial duels contested in the stalemate at Camp Nou. Eight clearances and three interceptions helped keep the Slavia Prague attack at bay as Barcelona earned a positive result.

Indeed, the 27-year-old bagged his first goal of the season in the victory, that coming from one of two shots, while four aerial duels won, two tackles and one interception capped a fine all-round midfield display from Demme to earn a WhoScored rating of 8.27.

Left midfield: Son Heung-Min (Tottenham) - 8.97 rating

The spotlight was on Son Heung-Min after his role in Andre Gomes' unintentional ankle fracture dislocation at Everton last weekend, but the South Korean played a vital role in Tottenham's 4-0 win over FK Crvena Zvezda.
