Gary Medel feels compatriot and Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez should return to Serie A and join him at Inter.
The Chilean has been in sparkling form for the Gunners this term, though is delaying a decision to pen a new deal at the Emirates Stadium.
With just 18 months left to run on his current contract, Arsenal could be forced to selling Alexis at the end of the season rather than lose him on a free in 2018.
Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester City have all been heavily linked with a move for the Premier League’s highest rated player (7.91) but Medel believes Alexis would be best suited moving to a developing Inter side, who are tipped to invest heavily in the summer.
"Alexis is a player everyone knows. He's one of those strikers that all the top clubs look at," Medel told Goal.com via Corriere dello Sport.
"I don't know what his future will be, but if he asks for information on Inter, I'll say that here we have a great squad, a very good coach and directors who are hungry for victories. You won't find a project like this elsewhere."
