Manchester United are weighing up a move for Celtic striker Moussa Dembele after sending scouts to watch him, reports The Daily Mail.
Dembele, 20, only joined Celtic in the summer on a free transfer after leaving Fulham at the end of last season.
The France U21 international came very close to joining Tottenham in January at the start of this year and may still move to the Premier League with Jose Mourinho’s United reportedly interested.
Dembele was hugely impressive in Celtic’s stunning 3-3 draw with Manchester City in the Champions League earlier this season and United had scouts in attendance for Frances U21 victory over England on Monday night.
Dembele has scored seven goals in 11 league matches for Celtic this season, with six of those coming in home matches. He is also their highest rated player in the Champions League (7.14) by some distance, with Erik Sviatchenko second from those to have featured in more than one game (6.99).
