The agent of Jorginho has revealed his client is open to extending his current Chelsea contract despite speculation of a return to Italy.
Jorginho has been heavily linked with move to Juventus where he would unite with former Chelsea and Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri brought Jorginho with him from Napoli to Stamford Bridge and it has been suggested he wants the Italy international at Juventus for next season.
After a slow start to life in the Premier League, Jorginho has settled into his role at Chelsea and is now a first-team regular under new manager Frank Lampard.
Despite growing speculation of a move to Juventus, Jorginho's agent, Joao Santos, has said renewing with Chelsea is the most likely option in an interview with Calciomercato.
The 28-year-old still has three years remaining on his existing Chelsea contract but it appears an extension is in the pipleine.
Of players with more than five Premier League appearances since the beginning of last season, only centre-back duo Aymeric Laporte (83.7) and Virgil van Dijk (82.3) average more passes per game than Jorginho (79).
