Bournemouth have jumped to the front of the queue to sign England U21 international Demarai Gray after lodging a £20m bid for the Leicester winger, reports TEAMtalk.
Gray’s agent held a meeting with Leicester earlier in the week to discuss his future at the King Power Stadium following a frustrating debut campaign with the club last season.
Leicester signed the 21-year-old from Birmingham 12 month ago but Gray failed to establish himself as a first-team regular under Claudio Ranieri and then Craig Shakespeare.
The current Leicester head coach has already talked with Gray and has promised more game time this season, but there is still interest from Tottenham.

However, Bournemouth have made a stunning play for the Leicester youngster and are now favourites to sign Gray if he is leave the King Power Stadium.
Only one player aged 21 and under to have made at least 40 appearances in the last two Premier League campaigns has completed a dribble more often than Gray (1 every 25.3 minutes of action).
