Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson has been named the PFA fans’ player of the month for April in the Championship.
Wilson has enjoyed a thoroughly impressive loan spell at Hull since joining on loan from Liverpool at the start of the year.
The 21-year-old has established himself as Hull’s highest WhoScored rated player in the Championship (7.37) this season.
Wilson has scored seven goals and provided three assists in 13 appearances in the Championship this year.
In fact, the Wales international played a direct hand in five goals for Hull in April (four goals, one assist), helping the Tigers beat the drop.
Wilson took home 28% of the votes, edging Cardiff defender Sean Morrison for the gong.
It remains to be seen whether Wilson is ready to force his way into the first-team reckoning at Liverpool next season, but he will not be short of suitors if he is available for loan.
Hull will be desperate to retain Wilson’s services next season but interest will be high given his performances over the last few months.
