Liverpool are prepared to offer goalkeeper Simon Mignolet a new contract, reports the Daily Star on Sunday.
The Belgian's future at Anfield has long been discussed due to some inconsistent form from the former Sunderland star.
Jurgen Klopp has previously given his reassurances to Mignolet and insists he is the club's number one goalkeeper, previously stating the shotstopper is "one of the smartest goalkeepers" he has worked with.
And now Liverpool are prepared to tie him down to a new deal, with his current contract expiring in two-and-a-half years' time.
Mignolet, 27, has started all 15 of Liverpool's Premier League fixtures and each of their six Europa League games so far this term.
