Tottenham are considering a late move for Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, reports the Daily Mail.
The France international has registered just five minutes of Premier League action this season and Spurs have put out tentative enquiries over his availability.
Schneiderlin rose to prominence under Mauricio Pochettino, with the Argentine a big fan of the 26-year-old.
However, with Bastian Schweinsteiger surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, manager Jose Mourinho may opt against allowing Schneiderlin to leave, with United’s Europa League campaign starting next month.
Spurs are looking to improve their midfield options before the close of the transfer window, with Moussa Sissoko supposedly set for a switch to White Hart Lane.
