Neymar’s agent has confirmed three clubs are chasing his signature and are prepared to pay his €200m (£157.4m) buy-out clause.
The Brazil international is currently locked into contract talks with Barcelona and there has been doubt cast over his future following several off-field issues that have embroiled him in numerous court cases
Manchester United have previously been heavily linked with the Barcelona ace and are thought to be one of the clubs chasing his signature, although Neymar’s agent failed to confirm the names.
“Today there are three big clubs in the world who want to sign Neymar and pay €200m (£157.4m) clause to FC Barcelona,” Wagner Ribeiro told Marca, via 101 Great Goals.
Neymar had his best season to date last term after finishing as the second highest rated player in Europe’s top five leagues (8.43), behind teammate Lionel Messi (8.46). The Brazilian played a direct hand in 36 league goals last season (24 goals + 12 assists).
