Genoa ace Tomas Rincon will undergo his Juventus medical on Thursday after the Serie A champions struck up a deal to sign the midfielder, reports Sky Italia.
Rincon, 28, has impressed during his two years with Genoa after joining from German outfit Hamburg in 2014.
However, despite establishing himself as one of Genoa’s most important players the deal to join Juventus still comes as a surprise given the personnel they currently posses in central midfield options.
The deal is thought to be an initial six-month loan deal which Juventus will have an option to make permanent at the end of the season €7m (£6m).
Of the 86 players that have attempted at least 100 dribbles in the last three Serie A campaigns Rincon has the best dribble success rate (73.7%).
