Real Madrid are readying a bumper summer move for PSG sensation Kylian Mbappe as they look to revive their struggling frontline, reports Sport.
Despite a summer of huge investment, which saw Real Madrid secure the services of Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Rodrygo, Los Blancos have faltered in the final third having been held to draws with Real Valladolid and Villarreal.
Indeed, in the latter stalemate, it was Gareth Bale, who came close to move to China, that ensured Real Madrid started the season unbeaten.
However, Real Madrid are eager to improve further and have been courting Mbappe as they seek another marquee attacking signing.
The France international has been heavily linked with a move away from Paris in recent months, though PSG are very much against the idea of selling their prized attacker.
With Neymar linked with a return to Barcelona, the Ligue 1 champions are reluctant to allow both the Brazilian and Mbappe to depart in the same window.
The 20-year-old has scored one and assisted another in France’s top tier this term, both of which came in their 3-0 win over Nimes on the opening weekend of the season.
