Watford complete trasnfer for Juventus midfielder

Watford have completed a deal to sign Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra in a deal worth an initial £10.4m, which could rise to £13m, according to The Guardian.

Pereyra, 25, has been heavily linked with a move to the Hornets all summer following Water Mazzarri’s arrival.

The Argentina international has been a bit part player during his two years at Juventus although Watford’s ability to sign the energetic midfielder is a real coup and only illustrates the significance of the new TV rights deal further.

Prior to last season, when he fell completetly out of favour at Juventus, only four players had attempted more dribbles in Serie A from August 2012 than Pereyra (402).
