Chelsea offload Moses to West Ham

West Ham have made their second signing on the final day of the transfer window after securing the services of Chelsea winger Victor Moses on a season-long loan deal.

Moses, 24, has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge all summer having already rejected a return to Stoke City at the start of the window.

Slaven Bilic has been keen to bolster his offensive options in the remaining hours of the transfer window with Andy Carroll, Mauro Zarate and Enner Valencia all out injured.
