Mark Hughes has one game left to save his job at Stoke or he will become the seventh managerial casualty in the Premier League this season, claims The Guardian.
Stoke are currently one point above the bottom three but defeat against West Brom on Saturday would see the Baggies leapfrog Hughes' side and plunge them into the danger zone.
The Potters want Hughes to turn things around at the Bet365 Stadium but the board are losing faith in the 54-year-old with each passing game.
Hughes has spent the last four years as Stoke manager but has done little by the way of improving the club despite managing to bring in several eye-catching signings during his tenure.
Stoke have only won four league games all season and have the worst defensive record in the division (39 goals conceded).
