AC Milan are weighing up a move for Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu but face competition from two Spanish sides this month, reports SportItalia, via Football Italia.
Deulofeu, 22, joined Everton on a permanent deal from Barcelona in the summer of 2015 in a deal worth £4.2m but has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular during that time.
Consistency has been a big problem for the Spain Under-21 international and now Everton are willing to part ways with the speedy wideman this month as long as they can find a replacement beforehand.
Ronald Koeman’s side wouldn’t be short of suitors and Milan are already trying to beat reported interest from Spanish duo Las Palmas and Deportivo La Coruna to secure his services on loan for the remainder of the season.
Since the start of last season Deulofeu has required fewer minutes per league assist than any other Everton player (1 every 40 mins).
