AC Milan are keen on bringing Chelsea creator Hakim Ziyech on loan for the season, according to Italian publication Calcio Mercato.
Ziyech secured a move to the Blues last summer after a deal had been agreed between the west London side and Dutch outfit Ajax in February 2020.
The Moroccan moved to Stamford Bridge with a huge reputation as one of the best attacking stars in the Eredivisie.
However, Ziyech struggled to make his mark in the capital, making just 15 league starts in 2020/21 and featuring from the off just eight times under Thomas Tuchel in the Premier League after he succeeded Frank Lampard in January.
Chelsea are yet to make a decision on Ziyech's future, but at 28 years of age, the Morocco international is seeking regular game time.
AC Milan are in the market for a creative player following Hakan Calhanoglu's move across Milan to fierce rivals Inter.
Ziyech bagged a hat-trick in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Peterborough, where Chelsea ran out 6-1 winners as Tuchel gears up for his first full season at the Stamford Bridge helm.
