PSG to sell disgraced star

Paris Saint-Germain will look to sell disgraced defender Serge Aurier rather than sack him, according to RMC Sport.

The Ligue 1 champions have suspended Aurier following his shocking outburst in a periscope video that caught the right-back making extraordinarily derogatory remarks about several teammates and manager Laurent Blanc.

PSG have since made the 23-year-old unavailable for selection, but it has now emerged the club will now look to cash in on the Ivory Coast international for €20m (£16m) rather than let him potentially move to a rival club for free.

Additionally, only Zlatan Ibrahimovic (8.15 rating) and Angel Di Maria (7.96) have garnered a higher WhoScored rating than Aurier for PSG in the league this season (7.79).
