Chelsea will look to bolster their offensive line by signing Southampton forward Sadio Mane, according to the Daily Mirror.
Mane, 23, has been regularly linked with a move to Manchester United since the end of last season, but they could face competition from Chelsea for his signature as both teams look to add firepower to their floundering front lines.
However, Southampton are still confident they can get the Senegal international to pen a new deal with the club.
Since the start of the season, no player has had more unsuccessful touches than Mane in the Premier League (41).
