Manchester United not interested in Paris Saint-Germain outcast
Manchester United have distanced themselves from reports suggesting they have agreed personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain right-back Serge Aurier, claims Sky Sports.
Aurier is free to leave PSG this summer following the arrival of Dani Alves and reports emerged on Wednesday morning claiming Jose Mourinho’s side had won the race for his signature
The Ivory Coast international had reportedly agreed personal terms ahead of a £27m move to Old Trafford despite the fact he is currently banned from entering the UK after being found guilty of assaulting a police officer in a Paris nightclub in September.
United would push through the deal pending the outcome of Aurier’s appeal sometime this month, but Sky Sports are now reporting that the right-back is not a target for Mourinho’s side.
In the last five Ligue 1 campaigns only Layvin Kurzawa (25) has played a direct hand in more goals than Aurier (24) of all defenders.
