Juventus have announced Patrice Evra has signed a contract extension keeping him at the club until 2017, with an option to another 12 months.
Evra, 35, joined Juventus from Manchester United in 2014 and has won back-to-back domestic doubles in that time.
The two-year deal he penned in 2014 was due to expire this summer but the France international has been handed a contract extension to at least one more season with the Serie A champions.
Evra finished last season having been his most productive in an attacking sense (two goals, three assists) since the 2012/13 campaign when he played a direct hand in nine league goals for Manchester United (four goals, five assists).
