Serie A giants AC Milan are one of number of teams interested in signing out-of-favour Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to Football Italia.
Aubameyang, who tested positive for COVID-19 shortly before AFCON and didn't make a single appearance for Gabon at the competition before returning to England, has fallen by the wayside at the Emirates and his time at the club is expected to come to an end sooner rather than later.
Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr are keen on the 32-year-old, but Aubameyang wants to continue his career in Europe with AC Milan reportedly keen on bringing the player back to Italy.
Aubameyang joined the AC Milan ranks in 2007, but didn't make a single appearance for the Serie A side before departing permanently for Saint-Etienne in 2011.
AC Milan have a number of strikers on the books, notably Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but injury issues for the pair means the Rossoneri are assessing their options.
Aubameyang, whose current Arsenal contract runs until June 2023, hasn't started a league match for the Gunners since a 3-2 loss to Manchester United at the beginning of December and was stripped of the captaincy last month.
