Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie is due to undergo his medical with Everton ahead of a club-record £30m move, according to Sky Sports.
Palace manager Alan Pardew admitted after their 1-0 defeat to West Brom on the opening day of the season that Bolasie's head was not in the right place amid interest from Everton.
Bolasie, 27, is now due on Merseyside to complete his medical ahead of completing his club-record £30m switch to Everton, surpassing the £28m they paid Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku in 2014.
In the last four Premier League campaigns only three players that have scored at least five goals have a worse conversion rate than Bolasie (5.1%).
