Player Ratings: Clinical Arsenal leave it late to frustrate Chelsea

Arsenal twice came from behind to claim a point off Chelsea as the Blues' home woes continued. Frank Lampard's side have now dropped points in four of their last six league matches at Stamford Bridge and they'll see tonight as two points dropped rather than one gained, especially having outshot their London rivals 19-2...

Chelsea - 6.77

Kepa Arrizabalaga - 5.45: Arsenal had only two shots on goal at Stamford Bridge tonight and both went in. Nothing more needs to be added.

Cesar Azpilicueta - 8.11: Must have thought he had won the match for the Blues late on and has now had a direct hand in three goals in his last four outings. Chelsea may not have won, but the Spaniard was again solid at right-back.

Andreas Christensen - 6.67: Does he deserve to be in the starting XI ahead of Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori? The jury is still out. That said, he was solid in possession and built attacks well, returning a 93.2% pass success rate.

Antonio Rudiger - 7.14: Chelsea are a better side with the German at the back and while he couldn't help the hosts to all three points, they will be better defensively in the foreseeable future once he is back up to speed.

Emerson - 7.12: An improved attacking performance from what we have seen from Emerson in recent months, he created five goalscoring chances, yet with Reece James and Marcos Alonso back available, he faces a tough task to keep his spot in the side.

N'Golo Kante - 5.44: One of his worst performances in a Chelsea shirt, it was his error that allowed Gabriel Martinelli to race through on goal and draw Arsenal level for the first time.

Jorginho - 8.20: Calmly slotted his penalty past Bernd Leno to put Chelsea ahead before the break and showed exactly the type of defensive work required to play in the centre of the three-man midfield as he made four tackles and three interceptions.

Mateo Kovacic - 6.39: Came back into the side at the expense of Mason Mount, yet didn't show enough attacking drive from deep. His three shots were all off target and he completed just one dribble.

Callum Hudson-Odoi - 7.71: As he continues to step up his recovery to full fitness, the young winger put in a excellent showing from the right. Provided the assist for Azpilicueta's goal and worked hard off the ball, too, making three tackles.

Tammy Abraham - 7.33: Won the penalty as he capitalised on Shkodran Mustafi's hospital pass in the first half, yet the striker has now scored just three goals in his last nine home league outings. A poor return that needs to be improved upon, and quickly.

Willian - 6.57: Kept quiet from out wide prior to his withdrawal 10 minutes from time. He failed to create a chance for the seventh time in a Premier League match this season, five of which have come at home. A worrying trend.

Subs: Ross Barkley - 6.33, Mason Mount - 6.20, Michy Batshuayi - 6.18

Arsenal - 6.60

Bernd Leno - 6.95: Could do little for the two goals, but it was because of the German that Arsenal remained in with a chance of securing the result as he made six saves.

Hector Bellerin - 7.63: Almost a year to the day that he suffered a serious knee injury, the right-back reinforced his importance with the late equaliser having cut onto his left to curl past Kepa. Also made two tackles and two interceptions, three of the four of which came after David Luiz's red card as he showed great spirit to minimise Willian's influence.

Shkodran Mustafi - 7.15: Played a horrific back pass that ultimately saw David Luiz red carded and Arsebal go 1-0 down midway through the first half, but somewhat made up for it with the assist for Gabriel Martinelli's equaliser. Nevertheless, Tuesday marked another week that proved he isn't up to the task of playing for Arsenal with a very poor pass success rate of 77.8%.

David Luiz - 4.89: Booed by the home support from the outset, his evening ended early with a sending off for bringing down Tammy Abraham that resulted in Chelsea's opener from the spot.

Bukayo Saka - 6.88: Not a stand out display from the youngster, but he was solid at left-back. Made five tackles in his efforts to limit Callum Hudson-Odoi. Not the finished product, yet he's growing into this left-back role.

Lucas Torreira - 6.70: Credited with the assist for Hector Bellerin's equaliser. Not his best performance by any stretch, yet that shouldn't be a stick with which to beat him as Arsenal put in a backs-against-the-wall showing following David Luiz's dismissal.

Granit Xhaka - 6.88: Stepped in at centre-back well alongside Shkodran Mustafi as Mikel Arteta intially opted against bringing on Rob Holding following David Luiz's red card. Two tackles, one interception and four clearances all came when he dropped into defence.

Nicolas Pepe - 6.56: Impressive on the ball as he completed four of six attempted dribbles. Like Torreira, not much can be looked into with this performance as he played almost an hour in a 10-man Arsenal outfit.

Mesut Ozil - 6.08: Even after Arsenal went down to 10 men, this was a fairly anonymous display from the creative star. Prior to the red card, he failed to create a chance and Arsenal looked the better side after he went off.

Gabriel Martinelli - 7.36: No Aubameyang, no problem. His fine individual effort hauled Arsenal level in the second half as the teenage striker continues to shine in a Gunners shirt. Took his goal well as his composure belied his tender years. A star in the making.

Alexandre Lacazette - 6.73: Left fairly isolated after Arsenal went down to 10 men, the Frenchman still made three tackles as he didn't give Chelsea a chance to settle. Thought he'd grabbed himself a goal in the second half, but was correctely ruled offside.

Subs: Joe Willock - 5.97, Rob Holding - 6.24, Matteo Guendouzi - 6.33
